Yoga for Balance and Harmony
This session will include simple Hatha Yoga practices to activate the spine, a Pranayam to cleanse the nadis ( the pathways through which pranic energy flows) and Mantra Yoga i.e. using 3 fundamental sounds to bring a sense of balance to the system. When practiced regularly, these tools can help to bring stability to the body and mind and create a powerful basis for further inner exploration. We will complete the session with a guided meditation for peacefulness.
